DISAPPROVAL OF SIGN REOUEST
PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the building, site
and operational plans for Pizza Hut, S73 1416730 Janesville
Road, in Resolution #P. C. 131-77, adopted September 6, 1977,
with the exception of the free-standing sign as shown on the
site plan, and
WHEREAS the Plan Comission disapproved a sign request
for a free-standing sign in Resolution #P. C. 39-78, adopted
March 21, 1978, and
0 WHEREAS a request has again been made for reconsideration
of the free-standing sign as previously submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby disapprove the request of Pizza
Hut for a free-standing sign previously submitted
