APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
MARLAN MEADOWS
WHEREAS a final plat for the 69 lot developnent of
Marlan Meadows, a subdivision in the SE 114 of Section 4, has
been submitted by Roger W Johnson, land surveyor, dated
September 13, 1978, to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved in Resolution
SIP. C. 37-78 adopted March 21, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Final Plat of Marlan
Meadows subject to the following
1. Appropriate vision corners be included on the Final Plat at the intersection of Marlan Drive and Martin Drive.
2. A drainage easement be included on the Final Plat on
the 25' strip of former city-owned property at the
rear of O.L. 3 and Lots 48, 49, 50, 51 and 52
3 Outlots 1 and 2 shall~be dedicated to the City of
Muskego. ,
4. Landscaping plans and planting schedule shall be
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVDthat this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies
