WHEREAS on Juce 20, 1976 the Plan Con.nission approved
the building, site and operational plans of Terry Buss for a
building to be comtructed on Lot 7, Block 2 (C8l W18510 Gerrini)
in the Muskego Eusir,iEss/Industrial Park, subject to the receipt
of landscaping plans and a revised plan for a more decorative
treatmert for that portion of the building facing. Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS such plans have been stlbrritted by P.A.G. Puilders, ICC.
THEREFORE EE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comrrission of the City
0 of Muskego does hereby approve the.revise2 elevation and the lacd-
scaping plans for the Terry Buss buildin? to be constructed on Lot 7,
Plock 2 in the Muskego Besinessllndustrial Park..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the landscapinp
plans is subject to the ucderstandinp that the honey locust trees
will be a rninimun! of 2%" in diarr-eter.
PE IT FURTHER RESOLVFD that the complete b~edFerow be planted
across the entire property as shown on the landscape plan ir its
entirety during the first phase of construction.
