APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LES PUFALL
WHEREAS Les Pufall, Ashland, Wisconsin, has submitted a
certified survey map prepared by Claude C. Johnson, land
surveyor, August 11, 1978, to finalize a one parcel division
of his property at W180 S7859 Pioneer Drive in the SW 114 of
Section 9, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 107-78 adopted July 18, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the certified survey map for a one parcel
division of the Les Pufall property in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
