APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN HOJNACKI
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by John Hojnacki,
W132 S6826 Fennimore Lane, in the Hale Park Meadows planned
unit development, to permit construction of a 14' x 22',
unattached second garage structure to be used for storage
purposes, and
WHEREAS architectural approval has been given for this
structure by the Hale Park Meadows Home Owners Association
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby P, Pf ROVE the
request of John Hojnacki for a 14' x 22'. unattached, second approve/disapprove
garage structure for storage purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings
on the lot.
