APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DONALD MILLER (Former Vesbach Property)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by William H.
Schmitt, land surveyor, September 12, 1978, has been submitted
by Donald Miller to finalize a four parcel division of the
former Vesbach Property on Woods Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 16
and the NW 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution SIP. C. 125-78 adopted August 15, 1978,
a subject to a drainage easement being placed on the land and sub-
ject to availability of municipal sewer, and
WHEREAS the Sewer Cormittee has indicated the availability
of sewer to these parcels.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the Certified Survey Fap for a four parcel
division of the former Vesbach property on Woods Road in the
NE 1/4 of Section 16 and the NW 1/4 of Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
