APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
PHILIP PRICE
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Philip Price,
S104 W18581 Keiser Lane, to permit construction of a 24' x 30',
unattached second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of
Philip Price for a 24' x 30', unattached, second garage structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings
on the lot.
