RESOLUTION #P. C. 163-78
RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE REZONING
VALLEY SQUARE
WHEREAS a petition has been received from Carl Gratzek
of JBC Builders requesting rezoning of that portion of the SW
114 of Section 9 known as "Valley Square" from RSM and RS-3 to
RS-2, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a revised preliminary
plat for Valley Square in Resolution #P. C. 76-78 adopted
June 6, 1978, conditoned upon the land presently zoned RS-3 and
RSM be rezoned to RS-2, and
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Plan Commission that it
0 would be in the best interest of the City to include the lands
to the south presently zoned RSM (portions of the Pufall and
Adams properties) and the lands to the west presently zoned RSM
(portion of the Kelly property) in this rezoning to RS-2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Conuron Council that
the request of Carl Gratzek to rezone that portion of the SW 114
of Section 9 known as "Valley Square" from RSM and RS-3 to RS-2
be approved
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is also recommended that the
lands to the south presently zoned RSM (portions of the Pufall and
Adams properties) and the lands to the west presently zoned RSM
(portion of the Kelly property) be rezoned to RS-2.
