APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MARK KOENIG
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, dated January 28, 1978, has been submitted to
finalize a two parcel division of the Mark Koenig property at
W138 S7076 Sherwood Circle in the SW 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 143-78 adopted September 5, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
0 for this two parcel division of the Mark Koenig property on
Sherwood Circle in the SW 114 of Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
