ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND REFERRAL TO
PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
PRELIMINARY PLAT - GUENTHER'S CREEK ESTATES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the City of
Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of a prelir-inary plat
of Guenther's Creek Estates, a 50 lot subdivision in the NGJ 114
of Section 12, prepared by Thomas D. Inman, land surveyor,
August 21, 1978.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for
Guenther's Creek Estates to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation. 0
