APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MARCE WAGENER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Marce Wagener,
W165 S7497 Bellview Drive, to permit construction of a 14' 6"
x lo', unattached, second garage structure to be used for
storage purposes, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control e Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of
Marce Wagener for a 14' 6" x lo', unattached, second garage
structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings
on the lot.
