APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RICHARD G. WALLOCH
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Richard G. Walloch,
S72 W17483 Schubring Drive, to permit construction of a 10' x 16',
unattached, second garage structure to be used for storage pur-
poses, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 (OLS) District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Richard
G. Walloch for a 10' x 16', unattached, second garage structure.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing buildings
on the lot.
