APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MICHAEL P. GABORSKY .
IJHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas D.
Inman, Decercber 8, 1971, has been submitted by Michael P Gaborsky
of S64 W18265 Martin Drive to finalize a division of a non-conforming
lot in the NW 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals granted a variance on January
29, 1971 and the Plan Commission approved the request for division
on February 2, 1971
THEEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map sub- .. mitted to finalize a two parcel division of the Gaborsky property
on Martin Drive in Section 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer
