LAWRENCE HURWITZ (CAESAR PROPERTY)
REQUEST FOR REZONING
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby refer a Petition for Zoning Chang,e sub-
mitted by Lawrence Hurwitz requesting that the "Caesar Property"
in the NW 114 of Section 32, located at the southwest corner of
Kelsey Drive and Racine Avenue, be rezoned from R-2 to RS-2,
for the purpose of developing this land with sanitary sewer,
to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
