RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL LOT STATUS
RICHARD WITTBROT
WHEREAS a petition requesting legal status for a 1.6 acre
parcel of land known as S103 W19367 Kelsey Drive was submitted
by Richard Wittbrot and referred to the Planning, Consultant
and Zoning Officer for recommendation, and
WHEREAS their reports indicated this is an R-1 District
which requires lots with 200' average width and 80,000 sq. ft.
in area, and this lot is 53,100 sq. ft. with 177' average width, and
WHEREAS the 650' to the west of this parcel is owned by the
same owner and could be redivided to allow a lot which would con-
form to the zoning requirements of this R-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby reconmend to the Common Council that
legal lot status of a 1.6 acre parcel at S103 W19367 Kelsey Drive
be denied.
