APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
OAKS OF NORWAY ADDN. NO. 1
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Thomas D. Inman,
land surveyor, August 4, 1978, for Oaks of Norway Addn. No 1,
a 21 lot subdivision in the Town of Norway, has been submitted
to the Plan Cormnission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
layout and has expressed concern regarding the ownership of 0 Outlots 1 and 2 and the need for adequate easenents for drainage
purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Oaks of Norway Addn. No 1, and recommends approval to the CornLon
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is requested that the Town
of Norway review the ownership of Outlots 1 and 2 and the need
for adequate easements for drainage purposes before submittal of
the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
e approving agencies
