APPROVAL/-& OF TEMPORARY SIGN
MARLAN MEADOWS
WHEREAS Frank Preston has requested approval to erect an
8' x 8' temporary sign to introduce the Marlan Meadows subdi-
vision, and
WHEREAS the sign is proposed to be located between Lots
1 and 2 on Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS temporary signs may be permitted up to a period
of one year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Corn-ission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby APPROVE the request of
Frank Preston to erect an 8' x 8' temporary sign to introduce
approve/disapprove
Marlan Meadows subdivision for a period of one year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the location of the sign shall
meet the setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance
Plan Commission City of Muskego
