EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY SIGN
TERRI'S FINISHING TOUCH
WHEREAS the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #124-78 on
August 1, 1978, approving a 4' x 8' temporary sign for Terri's
Finishing Touch at S76 W17815 Janesville Road, for a period
of 30 days, and
WHEREAS a request for extension of time for the sign has
been received.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a 4' x 4' tercporary sign
0 for a period of 6 months to be located as close to the west lot
line as possible, at S76 W17815 Janesville Road >
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Plan
Commission not to renew this temporary permit based on the
owner's comittment that he would not ask for an extension.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the existing 4' x 8' temporary
sign shall be removed immediately.
