DAIRY QUEEN
WHEREAS Larry Thompson of Dairy Queen, S73 W16770
Janesville Road, has submitted a request for permission to
erect three internally-illuminated signs on one post, for a
total of 65 sq. ft. of signage, red and white in color, to be
located 10' from the south lot line and 20' from the west lot
line, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P. C 10
77 (As Amended) on July 19, 1977, which approved the building

e site and operational plans of the Dairy Queen, with the exception
of the free-standing sign as shown on the site plan, which was
subject to further review by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architec-
tural Sub-committee, DISAPPROVE the request of Larry
(approve/disapprove)
Thompson to erect three internally-illuminated signs on one post,
for a total of 65 sq. ft. of signage, red and white in color, to be
located 10' from the south lot line and 20' from the west lot line.
