APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
THE MEADOWS
WHEREAS on August 15, 1978 the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution #P, C 128-78 approving a Preliminary Plat for The
Meadows submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus, and
WHEREAS on August 22, 1978 the Common Council adopted
Resolution #178-78 (As Amended) which disapproved that Prelim-
inary Plat, and
WHEREAS Mr Potrykus has submitted additional information
which he feels will remove most of the objections raised by
several members of the Common Council, and has resubmitted for
approval another Preliminary Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat
dated August 8, 1978, subject to the following:
1. The street names be changed so as not to be
synonymous with existing city street names.
2. The Comon Council approves the RS-2 OPD zoning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports and recommendations from the objec-
ting agencies and affected city boards, commissions and departments.
