APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HAROLD SCHOLBE
WHEREAS Harold Scholbe has submitted a sketch for a one
parcel division of his property at S106 W19790 North Shore Drive
in the NW 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq
ft. lots with 110' average width, and this parcel more than meets
the requirements of this district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
e City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Harold Scholbe property in the NW 114 of Section
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of this review.
