APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HOWARD SCHWABENLENDER
WHEREAS Howard R. Schwabenlender, S69 W16643 Martin Drive,
has submitted a sketch for a four parcel division of his property
which abuts Parkland Plaza Subdivision No. 2 in the SW 1/4 of
Section 3, and
WHEREAS this division would require the extension of
Hedgewood Drive, and
WHEREAS a four parcel division adjacent to this parcel was
0 created in 1973, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed more than meet the requirements of
the RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this proposed four
parcel division of the Howard Schwabenlender property on Hedgewood
Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 3
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division subject to the availability of sewers to these lots,
along with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the cost of this
review.
