APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DICK ZACH (FROELICH PROPERTY)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Jeremy C.
Zimerman, Land Surveyor, August 28, 1978, has been submitted
by Dick Zach to finalize a four parcel division of the former
Clarence J. Froelich property on Gold Drive in the SE 1f4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 127-78 adopted August 15, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the e City of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map for
this four parcel division of the former Froelich property on
Gold Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that access to Parcels 1 and 2 shall
be from Tans Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is recommended to the Common
Council that prior to their approval, an acceptable developer’s
agreement shall be submitted
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
