APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
MARK KOENIG
WHEREAS Mark Koenig, W138 57076 Sherwood Circle, has sub-
mitted a sketch for a two parcel division of his property in
the SW 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq.
ft lots with 110' average width, and these lots more than meet
those requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two par- @ cel division of the Mark Koenig property in the SW 1/4 of Section
1.
