APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HOWARD IMME
WHEREAS Howard E. Imme, has submitted a sketch for a two
parcel division of his property on Tess Cornexs Road in the
NE 114 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS this is an 1-1 District which requires 40,000 sq.
ft. lots and 150 ft. average width, and the lots proposed more
than meet these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel 0 division of the Howard E. Ime property on Tess Corners Road in
the NE 114 of Section 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division, along with a fee of $25 00 to assist in defraying
the cost of review
