APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
E G. GASKET CO.
WHEREAS E. G. Gasket Company has submitted building, site,
operational and landscaping plans for a 60' x 80' building to
be constructed on Lot 11, Block 5, (S81 W19112 Apollo Drive)
in the Muskego BusinessfIndustrial Park, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plans and has recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, opera- @ tional and landscaping plans for a 60' x 80' building to be
constructed for the E. G Gasket Company on Lot 11, Block 5 ir
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that parking of trucks or employe€
automobiles is not permitted in the 50' setback area.
