APPROVAL OF DIRECTIONAL SIGN
TUDOR OAKS
WHEREAS a request has been received from John Gibb to
erect a 1' 6" x 4' directional sign for Tudor Oaks on a free-
standing post at the intersection of McShane Drive and Durham
Road, and
WHEREAS the owner of the property at the location of the
sign, Mr Michael L. Bartz, has no objection to this sign, and
WHEREAS Section 6.10 of the Zoning Ordinance states direc-
tional signs not to exceed 6 square feet in area indicating e direction to a church, hospital, school or other public service
building may be permitted in any district upon approval of the
Plan Conunission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a free-standing directional
sign for Tudor Oaks at the intersection of McShane Drive and
Durham Road, not to exceed 6 square feet in area.
