RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL
TRANSFER OF ANY AND ALL INTEREST IN LAND
OAK RIDGE UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a request has been received from Jeffrey W. Olson,
S68 W17909 East Drive in the Oak Ridge Unrecorded Subdivision,
for title to the land at the rear of his property, and
WHEREAS this is a small portion of land which has become
landlocked and is of no value to the City.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
e City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council the
transfer of any and all interest in this portion of land to the
abutting property owners.
