DISAPPROVAL OF PRCLIVTNARY PLAT
LAKE WAUBECCCE ESTATES - TOI..IM OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by William A. Shearnan,
land surveyor, July 10, 1978, for a 68 lot subdivision to be
known as Lake Waubeesee Estates in the Town of Norway, has been
submitted to the Plan Comrni.ssion for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls withi.n Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEFEAS the Cornrni.ssion has expressed concern that some of
the proposed lots are located in the wetland-floodplain areas
and that the proposed subdivisicn does not comply with the
requirements of the Land Division Ordinance of the City of Muskegc.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conlmission of tlle City
of Muskego does hereby disapprove the preliminary plat for Lake
blaubeesee Estates in the Town of Norway.
BC IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission reconmends to
the Common Council that the prelininary plat for Lake Waubeesee
Estates be disapproved.
