ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND REFERRAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION TO

WHEREAS a sketch prepared by Thomas Inman, Land
Surveyor, has been submitted by Michael Gyborski of S64
W18265 Martin Drive for the division of land located in
the NWa of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, this sketch has previously been approved
by the Plan Commission on February 2, 1971, and
WHEREAS, the final certified survey map had not been
submitted or approved, and
WHEREAS, a variance would be necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of
a sketch for land division for the Michael Gyborski property
in the NWa of Section 4, and refers same to Planning Con-
sultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and
recommendation.
