APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOP. LAND DIVISION
ROBERT ADAMS
WHEREAS, Robert Adams, W180 57867 Pioneer Drive,
has submitted a sketch for a two parcel division of
land, and
WHEREAS the sketch indicated that the division of
land will not abut a public street, and
WHEREAS an easement will be obtained through the
property from the north to Valley Drive, and
WHEREAS the lot created is approximately two
acres in size, and
WHEREAS the city's Zoning Ordinance permits a
two acre division with the approval of the Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
will be receptive to the submission of a certified survey
map to finalize this division together with a fee of
$25.00 to assist in defraying the cost of review.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is
conditioned upon the filing of the proper easement to
Valley Drive.
