APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE PLAI;' AND LANDSCAPING PLP.N
LIOHREF ' S FEATS AND APPLIANCES
WHEREAS an amended site plan and landscaping plan has
been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval to permit
the parking of three trucks or trailers north of the newly
erected warehouse of Rohrer's Peats and Appliances,
S83 W20411 Jancsville Road, and
WIIERrAS the trucks are to be placed without the
installation of a dri.veway or parkj.nF: area.
THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED thzt the Plan Commission
0 will permit the parking of up to three vehicles j.n a
landscaped area on the north side of the newly constructed
warehouse, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval i.s subject to
the understandine t.hat the parking of the three vehicles in
the landscaped area shall take place only when there is not
suffici.ent room in the rear of the building.
