APPFOVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
THE MEADOWS
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, dated June 18, 1978, for a subdivision known
as The Meadows, located in the E& of Section 31, has
been submitted for approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
conditionally approves the preliminary plat subject to
the following: ,
1. The point of access along North Shore Drive be
moved to the north.
2. The street known as Brooklane Drive be straightened
at the intersection of Fieldside Drive.
3. The street names be changed so as not to be
synonymous with existing city street names.
4. The Common Council approves the RS2 OPD zoning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary
plat for The Meadows subject to favorable reports and
recommendations from the objecting agencies and affected
city board, commissions and departments.
