APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
DICK ZACFI (FROELICI! PROPFFTY)
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Dick Zach
for a four parcel division of the Clarence J. Froelich
property on Gold Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS this is an amended sketch of the one
submitted and approved in Resolution #P.C. 1-78, and
WHEREAS this sketch indicated a four parcel
division, and
WHEREAS the street and improvements will be
extended between parcels one and two.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
would be receptive to a certified survey for the four
parcel diviision to be developed at this time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the access for parcels
1 and 2 have access to Tans Drive.
