REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Richard
Wittbrot, S103 W19367 Kelsey Drive, for determination of
legal status of a 1.6 acre parcel of land to the Common
Council and has been referred to the Plan Commission
for recommendation,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of
the petition for legal lot status for the 1.6 acre parcel
of land owned by Richard Wittbrot in the NWi of Section 32
and refers same to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
