APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
DONALD MILLER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Donald Miller
for a four parcel division on the Vesbach property located
at the northwest corner of Lannon Drive and Woods Road, and
WHEREAS the lots proposed meet the requirements
of this zoning.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
would be receptive to a certified survey for the four parcel
division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a drainage easement
be placed on the land which would lie below the elevation
of 780 feet above sea level.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to availability of municipal sewer.
