C. 123-78 APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE CP.MERCN COC WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Cameron Coe, W179 S6621 Ranch Drive, to permit construction of a 21' x 25' unattached, second garage structure, and WHEREAS it does not appear that such carage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District. TI.:I:REFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control Board (Plan Commission) dces hereby approve the request of Cameron Coe for a 21' x 25', unattached, second garage structure. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural desip;n of this second garace shall be compatib1.e with the existing b~ildings on the lot.
