C. 122-78 RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVL LEGAL STATlJS DAVID LP.CZNIAK WHEREAS David 1,aczniak has submitted a petition req,ues-- ting legal status for Lot 7.3 in the Kirkwood Manor Addn. #1 Subdivision, and WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft. lots with 110' average width, and W1iERE:P.S the lots in this,-area were divided under the RS-3 District and this lot is 16,250 sq. ft. with 100' averaEe width, an rl 0 WIIEREAS the zoning for this area was chanzed after creation of this lot fronl RS-3 to RS-2 due to concern by the residents that dwellings be constructed in this area with a minimum of 1400 sq. it., and bIHF;R.EAS this lot i.s compatible wj.th other lot5 in this area, and b1HEREA.S Planninp, Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee have reviewed this reauest and have recommended spproval. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request of David Laczniak for legal status for Lot 23 in the Kirkwood Manor Addn.
