APPROVAL OF PRELIMIMARY PLAT
SUNSET FARMS ADDN. #1 - TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Stanl.ey J.
Potrykus, July 7, 1976, for Ilarmony Homes, Inc., for a 27 lot
subdi.vision known as Sunset Farms Addn. No. 1 in the Town of
Vernon, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval,
and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls withi-n Huskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, 2nd
WIiER.EAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has made a
favorable report, and
GIIIEREAS the Zoning Officer has expressed the City's desire
to require the City of Kuskego's improvement standards for
development i.n the extra-territorial areas.
TFERCFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Sunset Farms Addn. fro. 1 in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objectjnp, and
approving agencies.
