RECOMMENDING ZOIU'ING MAP AI~ENDMENT
WRY GREJVELL
FIHEREAS Gary F. Greivell has filed a petition requesting
that his property at SR4 Id17698 Woods Road be rezoned from
RS-1 to RS-1 (OD) to permit the existinE two-story dwelling
to be used as a duplex, and
LWCREAS Ordinance 11331 was approved by the Common Council
on July 26, 1977 to create an O.D. District (Duplex) and reEu-
lations therefor in the City Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the existing farm hou~se on this three acre parcel
lends .itself to a duplex, and
WHEREAS this j.s an undeveloped area on a major arterial
road, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangi.amele and Zoning Officer
Lee have reviewed this request and have recommended approval.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Iluskcgo does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the Zoning Map be amended to provide for an O.D. overlay
for the Gary F. Greivell property located at 584 Id17698 Woods
Road.
