ACKNOVLEDGING RECEIPT AND REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PRELIMINARY PLAT - THE MEADOWS (FORMER NETTESHEIM PROPERTY)
WHEREAS a prelininary plat prepared by Stanley (T. Potrykus,
June 18, 1978 for a 220 lot planned uni.t development of the
former Nettesheim Property in the east half of Section 31, to
be known as The Meadows, has been submitted to the Plan Commission
for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of a preliminary
plat for The Meadows, a planned unit developrent, and refers
same to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommen- a dation.
