RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE THE FORMi7.R NETTESHEIM PROPERTY
WHEREAS a petition for rezoning of the former b!ettesheim
Property in the east half of Section 31, from RS-2, R-2 and R-1
to RS-2 (OPD) has been submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus to per-
mit development of the land under the planned unit development
approach, and
WHEREAS the proposed planned unit development provides a
density comparable to the RS-2 zoning, and
IJHERLAS the lise of the planned unit development approach
provides the City with the opportunity to have Ereater control
over the drai.nage, and
0 WHEREAS the planned unit development includes the dedica-
ti.on of 30 acres of parkland in an area designated for a park
in the City's master park plan, and
WEEREAS Mr. Potrykus has desizned this development in
cooperation with the Lake Denoon Advancement Association and the
Plan Commission of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE RC IT. RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the property known as the former Nettesheim Farm in the east half
of Section 31. be rezoned from RS-2, F-2 and R-1 to RS-2 (OPD).
