PRELIMINARY PI.,AT
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by William A.
Shearman, land surveyor, July 10, 1978, for a 68 lot sub-
division to be known as Lake Waubeesee Estates i.n the Town
of &!orway, has been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
\WEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego 1s
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for
Lake Waubeesee Estates in the TOGm of Norway to PlanninR Con-
sultant Mangianele for review and recommendation.
