WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, July 7, 1978, for I!armony Homes, Inc., for a
27 lot subdivision known as Sunset Farms Addn. No. 1 in the
Town of Vernon, has been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby refer the preliminary plat for
Sunset Farms Addn. No. 1 in the Town of Vernon to Planning
Consultant ManEiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and
recommendation.
