APPROVAL OF BOATHOUSE
ROBERT KETTNER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Robert Kettner
to permit construction of a 10' x 20' boathouse to be located
7' from the water's edge on his lot at W1W S7682 Kingston
Drive, and

WHEREAS this is a permitted accessory use in this
RS-3 (OLS) District.
THEREFORE BE: IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a 10' x 20' boathouse to
be constructed on the lot a~t 14182 S7687 Kingston Drive.
BE IT FURTHrR RESOLVED that this boathouse shall be
architecturally compatible with the proposed dwelling on this
lot.
