APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY P1,AT
HEATEER RIDGE ESTATES ADDN. NO. 2
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of MuskeRo has
been requested to approve a preliminary plat for Heather RidKe
Estates Addn. fi2, a proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon,
which falls within Muskero's extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
GIHEREAS the preliminary plat, prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, June 20, 1Y78, for Unishel.ter, Inc., indicates that
66 lots are proposed, and
WHEREAS because of the location of the proposed subdivision
0 in the Town of Vernon, there would not be an affect on the City
of Muskego's traffic pattern nor would it affect the city's
drainage pattern.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend to the Common
Council approval of the prelirninzry plat for Keather Ridge Estates
Add. ti2 in the Town of Vernon under the extra-territorial juri.s-
diction.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports from the objecting agencies.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a final plat will not be
accepted until all review fees have been received.
