REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR REZONING - GARY GREIVELL
WIHEREAS a petition has been received from Gary F. Greivell
requesting that his property at S84 W17698 Woods Road be
rezoned from RS-1 to RS-1 (OD) to permit the existing two-story
dwelling to be used as a duplex.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for rezoning
of the Gary F. Greivell property to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
