APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISTON
ED AND LARRY STCFANIAK
WHEREAS Ed and Larry Stefaniak, Wi82 SR758 Racine Avenue,
have submitted a sketch for a three acre division of their
property on Racine Avenue in the NW 1/4 of Section 21, and
!.IHEREAS this area is zoned RS-1 and this parcel more than
meets the zoning requirements of this district.
1'HEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskezo does hereby approve a three acre division of
the Ed and Larry Stefaniak property on Racine Avenue in the
b!W i/4 of Secticn 21.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thzt this approval is subject to
the condition that the lot line of the existinK parcel be
maintained, and that an easement be provided for access to the
three acre parcel hereby created.
DL IT FURTHER R.ESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of this review.
