APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
LES PUFALL
WHEREAS Les Pufall, Ashland, Wisconsin, has submitted
a sketch for a one parcel division of his property at W180
S7859 Pioneer Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section.M, and

WHEREAS this is a B-1 District which requires 15,000
sq. ft. lots with 75' average width, and
WHEREAS the parcel proposed is 12,635sq. ft. with 53' i
average width, and I

WHEREAS in the judgment of the Plan Commission, the
creation of a non-conforming parcel would not detract from the
character of the existing residential neighborhood, and denial
of this request would result in undue hardship.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the I I
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
a one parcel division of the Pufall property on Pioneer Drive
in the SW 1/4 of Section 16.

BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED that the Pian Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of review.
