REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS a petition reque.sting legal lot status of Lot 23
in the Kirkwood Manor Addn. lil Subdivision has been submitted
to the Common Council by David Laczniak, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
to the Plan Commission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for legal lot
status of Lot 23 in the Kirkwood Manor Addn. fil Subdivision
to Planning Consultant Mangi.amele and Zoning Officer Lee for
review and recommendation.
